We currently only ship within Canada and to the US. For international orders, please email hello[at]objectsbyvc.com for details.
Please allow 5 business days for us to prepare your order. If it is urgent, please reach out prior to placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate.
Delivery times within Canada 2-8 business days.
Delivery times to the US 2-9 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that changes or cancellations of orders will not be accepted once the shipping confirmation has been sent.
We are not responsible for return shipping if there is a mistake with the shipping address. Please ensure that you enter your complete and correct address during the checkout process, including your suite number and postal or zip code.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the suggested timeframes. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. You may experience delays due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions and delays with the postal service. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Duties & Taxes
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. We will not be held liable for any taxes or fees you may incur.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
All pieces are checked prior to shipping and we carefully pack all of our products. If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package along with a photo.
Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, we cannot accept claims for damages or breakage during use or general wear and tear.

Care & Maintenance
Ceramic is a strong but delicate material. Please handle with care as breakage may occur.
Avoid direct exposure to water and remove prior to participating in physical activities and before bed. Each piece should be stored in the box or pouch provided to minimize exposure to moisture and air.
The ceramic component can be cleaned with a soft microfibre cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
